At Midam Productions, we do our utmost to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy specifies the conditions for returns and refunds applicable to our watercolors, whether unique or custom-made.

1. Unique Works (Non-Personalized)
Unique works, available for purchase “as is,” are subject to the legal 14-day withdrawal right, in accordance with Article VI.47 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

✅ Conditions to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:

• You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the artwork.

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition, without damage or signs of use.

• The return must be made in its original packaging or equivalent, sufficiently protective.

🔁 Return Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective product.

💸 Refund:
Once the artwork is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

2. Personalized or Custom-Made Works
Works created according to your specific instructions (e.g., dedication, personalized portrait, specific colors or formats) cannot be returned or refunded.

❗ Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

📌 Important:
Before confirming a custom order, we will send you a project confirmation (draft, sketch, or description) for approval. Once this approval is received, the order is considered final and binding.

3. Artwork Damaged During Transport
If you receive a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos. We will then offer:

• A full refund, or

• A replacement artwork if possible.
